The result of the partnership between Pokémon Go creators Niantic Spacial and Kojima Productions has been revealed and is now available for download-almost!

Death Stranding Odradek is an app for iOS and Android devices which uses the same real world traversal technology Niantic are known for to create an AR experience in the world of Death Stranding in which players have to make deliveries for Bridges as a Porter, avoiding BTs by making use of their very own BB Pod. Unfortunately, the version of the app currently available for download is only usable at the "Beyond the Strand" event in Tokyo and the functionality currently stops at telling you to head to the venue.

Based on this prototype the app seems to be using assets from the original game rather than original characters or designs. The startup involves Jake Wind from the Wind Farm, who explains the basics of the Death Stranding world to new players.
