I just completely pulled my back trying to open a window while I was cooking dinner. Fiancee comes into the kitchen and I'm crawling on all fours screaming in agony while the chinese sesame beef I was making burned on the stove. Pretty much all of you are at least a decade older than me so this is your reminder: fucking stretch out once and a while.
