Yeah, I was in DC for a bit, so that sounds right. Was also one of the original FH people who helped launch it; literally the first person who joined after Gene launched it.

It is what it is, basically. I used to rail against it, hated hearing the words as it felt so... final. But a lot of therapy later, and I realised I've been schizophrenic on some level my entire life, I can't imagine life another way, because this is my reality. I was born this way, I just made it worse through my actions (drug use).
All I can do now is try to live the best life I can.

Cheers! It's from David Gemmell's "Troy" trilogy. Aeneas is the main character, but his friends call him "Helikaon". It just always seemed like a really dope name to me, haha.
