Sega returning to the console market. Neither are guaranteed to be good but at least a new console has potential to shake things up more than a single game.

A Seaman sequel. I think it would send a good message to launch with a game that's less "typical" than what we've come to expect of flagship games these days and I think the advancements in voice recognition technology could give them a lot more freedom to run wild with it.
