I keep aiming to return to this at some point but I'm reluctant to pay for a sub and I'm not fully sure how much I'll play, I want to get the main story done before trying any expansions but it felt so boring. Yet I enjoyed a lot of the side content.
I also feel like you have to do the main story first anyway? I enjoyed a fair amount of the main story, a lot of the post-base game pre-first DLC quests were dragging but they've started to get a bit more interesting somewhere towards the end.
Yeah the sub does put me off a bit but when I'm into it enough I play enough for it to be worth it and when I know I likelly won't have much time to play I just cancel

I find the whole thing where the protagonists of previous entries are JoJo stands a bit lame honestly. Fire Emblem did it with their last game and it's made me view it as just a fanservice entry rather than something worthwhile-I'm sure it probably has good original stuff in it, but it knocks it down on the priority list.
