That was a strange day 2, there were so many red flags with annoying prick's posts I was sure he was guilty.
I presume mafia tried to kill Keanu Reeves last night and he stopped the bullets with his unfailingly wooden acting.

If the .mafia tried to kill the one, that bought us a day. I doubt they'll try that again.
Our best trail is the lynch train on Annoying Prick. I'm guessing at least one mafia voted for him.

As the monochromatic diners continued to assault each other with accusations of treachery and sabotage a faint hum could be heard beneath the din of their speech. It increased gradually, each raise in decibels imperceptible to the human ear but accumulatively amounting to something that could have been noticed by anyone paying attention. The sound became more complex, busy like static noise. It was clearly electronic but at the same time there almost seemed to be faint but audible words contained within it. Glitches in the Matrix were not uncommon and this could easily have just been another one of them, but perhaps it was something more. A ghost in the machine? The last thoughts of a dying consciousness turned to binary and left echoing in the code of infernal software?

It seems only Jass has a reasonable defence right now. Starschwar has said some dubious things but it may just be being new to the game.
I know we shouldn't use meta reasons as evidence but I doubt the GM would substitute out an inactive player if they weren't important. I'm wondering if only one mafia was making decisions up until now and the other was Departed, now Null...

So the issue was "made contact". I took that to mean that I was, you know, contacted, via the "send message" ability. I'm sorry for the ambiguity in the phrasing, but I think my misreading is reasonable under the circumstances.
If that isn't good enough and I get taken out, that should at least prove Jas's innocence, of which I'm already convinced.
I'm going to cautiously let everyone work this out before I render my vote, I don't want to get this wrong again.
That said, what's with hammering on Keanu's acting? Sure if this were in-character and our only frame of reference was his filmography thru 1999, minus The Matrix, I'd buy it. But he's come a long, long way from Johnny Mnemonic. Guy's a treasure nowadays!

Right now, Aragorn stands out to me. Either he had the same misunderstanding about "contact" as I did, or was using my misunderstanding to let things snowball towards Annoying Prick.

Not sure you potentially being town outright proves Jass’s innocence but I’m soft on him being Mafia anyway at this point.
Re; Agent’s meta analysis, there’s important roles on both sides, but I don’t think a bit of administrative housekeeping to keep the game flowing should cast suspicion on me, but that’s not something I can control.
Still yet to hear from Aragorn. He has the cleanest and most apparent red flag right now. Keen to see what he has to say.
