Yeah I'm having some serious souls withdrawals. Dad life has withered my gaming time to non existence currently lol. I've been slowly slowly slowly trying to work my way through a new playthrough of Elden Ring so I can finally experience the apparently incredible DLC, but it's still a long way off.

Sekiro is amazing. Though requires quite a different playstyle. You can't afford to be passive.

Yo no joke a couple nights ago I had a vivid dream I was playing Sekiro despite never having played it once. Maybe it was a sign. Only FromSoftware game I ever seriously got into was Bloodborne. Might've been Ghosts of Tsushima though idk.

Sekiro is the only souls game I've properly gotten into. I didn't actually beat it but I think I got close. I really liked it
I've been wanting to play Elden Ring but I'm worried I won't have the free time to give it the love it deserves

No interest personally given it's co-op. I mean they're already releasing a co-op Elden Ring in a few months. I liked some aspects of the playtest that I got into but it's too chaotic, people just running everywhere, things moving too fast, bosses too easy. I would absolutely have taken it as a single player game.

That's where I'm at with Elden Ring as well. Been telling myself "Wait till it's on sale" for years now, sale comes around and my plate is still full.

In the minority but I didn't dig ER. Adore the Souls games (especially 1) but just didn't find ER fun or enjoyable. Think I much prefer the more intimate design of Souls maps and dungeons.
