Figured it might be worth having it's own chat as a fair few of us have been gassing about it in Gaming chat. 



What are your thoughts on Pokemon Legends ZA? 

Personally I think it looks pretty cool, interesting to see them focusing just on Lumiose City and not the wider region. The battle system looks pretty cool as well. I thought the Wild zones worked well in Pokemon Sword/Shield, so will be good to see these return in some way. 

I'm talking it up now but I'll probably still not get it straight away mind you, I still want to play Legends: Arceus

Eventually, I'll get around to Legends: Arceus, but I'm not super desperate to play Z-A. I like Pokemon a lot, but ultimately I've only played 1 game from every Gen in the mainline series, and struggled to get into the side games. That includes Snap, Stadium and Colosseum.

I'm just patiently waiting for a proper Gen 10 game now. Or a Gen 5 remake.

Arceus wasn't so bad, it became insanely grindy which put me off of it. I just got done playing Shield though, I really enjoyed that one

I am basically the same as this to be honest. They’re all games I’d love to play (snap I’m not arsed about) but they never seem to make it to the top of the list 

HolySpawn Grindy in what way? 

Sword/shield are incredible, I was bigging them up in gaming chat the other day!

Bit basic but I liked this team.



Also, Gen 8 had my favorite battle theme with the gym leaders.

We basically had the same team, good to see you went for secret agent sad as well! Only two pokemon from your team that I don't have are Coalossal and Dragapult. 

Corviknight is one of my favourite pokemon, such a badass bird.

Corviknight is one of my favourite pokemon, such a badass bird.

Corviknight is easily the best regional bird.

Intelleon was my favorite starter for sure. Dreepy was an absolute pain to catch. Coalossal was one of my MVPs.

Talonflame would like a word. Easy #1 and #2, but Talonflame just takes it.

Honest opinions on Pokemon Legends: Arceus and Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee? I sort of want to play these games, but since Nintendo exclusives never go on sale, I'd still be paying effectively full price for them all these years later. Worth it?

I'm very much an OG game player, I don't think I've played anything after Silver. That was probably my favourite...and I loved playing Pinball and still have it!

More of a card collector now, love going to the card shows.
