Yeah really bummed I never saved the original GRU button with the bat symbol on it. It was in use so briefly it must have just disappeared into the ether.

Should have posted this when black king first mentioned it. Braced myself real hard and went back into my MGSF PMs. A big thanks to that absolute gangster Gene because his original designs for the LRA graphics are still up on his Photobucket.

And even found one of the original sig designs courtesy of Z3L. This was when I had my username changed to "Tyrant" lmao. Wherever you are, thanks for indulging a goofy little kid in his dumb internet clubhouse dreams.

I really must have blocked out a lot of stuff too because I can't remember a single goddamn thing about LRA or what happened to it. My PMs related to it basically dry up not long after these graphics were put together. I guess I disappeared sometime in January 2013, came back to see it gone and joined TSF not long after.

Also, I could hug you for that LRA button. Added to my collection. But I wouldn't lose hope on the old GRU button yet. Have to be persistant because I could also hug Gene because in the FH recruitment thread I finally found it:

I vaguely remember there being a slightly updated animated one--Might just be imagining that though, there's zero trace of it.

I haven't had any luck. The BatGRU button may be difficult to track down. You guys started in July 2012 and Kestrel had this with the star in August 2012.




BTW found an older Shadow Moses button I'd forgotten about


Added all three new org buttons to my original posts so I know where they all are.

Fuck me... I remember making that signature template on my bootleg torrented copy of Photoshop 2010 on my shitty old HP desktop computer. God, it's so awful... but it's beautiful. Reminds me so much of good times.

Come on black king I know you've stashed that fully MLP'd out pink GRU button somewhere, I didn't just imagine that one. Or is that just a totally fabricated memory?

Also went on a dig and found the image we sourced our avatars from Kestrel the nostalgia I have rn is so sharp. Kinda want to switch back to it but idk if it's in good taste in our day and age.

Everyone knows we all waited all year long for one thing, The Foxhound Awards. The Foxhound Awards were our Oscars (The MGSF ones were BAFTA's at best). Gene have you got any of these badboys knocking about?

I should really rep one of the most wanted ones, FH's torch for me never went out after I left even when I became less active ❤️. For all my time on the forum in different groups I feel like helping start this and the podcast up at FH was my only real productive point.
