Hello everyone

I pre-ordered Metal Gear Solid Vol. 2 on Xbox, and was supposed to receive the pre-order camouflage in MGS4. 
Unfortunantly, I don't get it. 

It worked with Peace Walker. 

Has anyone else had this experience, and what can be done about it ?

Apparently you should get it after meeting Mk. II in Act 1. Have you gotten that far or only just booted up MGS4?

Yes, I went that far.

I asked Perplexity (the AI). Apparently, it's a bug on
Xbox and Steam.

We're supposed to contact Konami support.
