Hello everyone! I'm foxdievictim. I've been a fan of the series since the early 2010's. I first played MGS3 and then looped back around to playing MGS, MGS2, and MGS4, then Peace Walker & Ground Zeroes, and finally MGSV: The Phantom Pain on release. The heavy dialogue and international relations framing of the original Metal Gear Solid was one of my inspirations for changing my major to political science. If I had a favorite character in the series, it would be Nastasha Romanenko from the original MGS.

Nastasha is such a good pick for favourite character. I think she's great and in many ways I respect that the series let her just be a great character in one game rather than being dragged out for the obligatory fan service that MGS4 kind of wound up being.
