We'll proceed to NIGHT 1 after a couple more, make sure there's nothing else anyone wants to do today.
Hesitant to comply with the idea that No Lynch vote is any more useful than what a shot in the dark actually is. All it really does is bring about Night 1 faster so that Mafia can hurry to their actions and begin properly investigating/IDing and strategizing. I think with the fact Mafia can ID people at night, and they need to get a positive ID prior to being able to kill, we should be in no rush to settle on No Lynch.
But the odds of killing a townie at random are far higher than correctly picking a mafiosi at random. You're saying this but do you actually have any reason to suspect anyone in particular yet?
No, but that's certainly a reason why we should keep the dialogue going today, rather than rush to allow Mafia to investigate IMO. Allow suspicions to grow and people to ruffle some feathers.

I get the statistical angle of day 1 being a wash. I also see Jass’s point. The thing is, no one is going to give anything up unless they’re stupid

I'm going to call it a no lynch and end the day in a couple of hours since everyone's had a chance to post.
*as I place my business card down on the table - eggshell white with a serif font in dusk grey - I find myself taking single sauce sodden pieces of my colleague's alphabeti-spaghetti and arrange them in a splattered stroke of letters, it reads: No Lynch.*
