Hi peeps,

Pleasure to find you all (again!). I was on MGSF under a few old usernames, my last one was Big Brother - I forget what they had been through the years! I logged onto the old site to find that it was down, then headed to the corpse that MGSF now is to see a post re-directing here. I'll try be quasi active, but at least wanted to pop in to say hi and that I hope all are well

Author's edit: I went by Mikey by far, far longer than I remembered as a user name, so that might be better recalled than what I went by towards the end of things.

Ooooft. Yeah, okay? I'm trying to think how far back to go! Graduated from uni in 2017, went back to do an MfA between 2021-23, so it's cool to have got that done. 2018 I can only describe as utter hell, but survived that (was diagnosed with ASD in 2020...would've been good to have known about burnout before I was going through it, so that was many fun). I've at least finally escaped zero hour/minimum contract hell, so I'm just kinda taking stock and figuring out what I'm doing and what I need to be A) healthy and B) happy.
