Kojima has announced a new world tour for Death Stranding 2.
I missed the DS1 tour, but I´m hoping it will be something like the MGS4 tour, with presentation and signing.

Locations and dates:

6/8 Los Angeles
6/14 Sydney
6/26 Tokyo
6/28 Paris
6/30 London
7/4 Seoul
7/6 Taipei
7/9 Hong Kong
7/12 Shanghai
August Riyadh
October São Paulo
November Lucca
What sort of stuff did the DS1 tour involve? I'm interested but 4 days after the game's release I may be more inclined to...you know....play the game!
Same, that´s the only thing I´m worried about, haha. I took three days free from work for it.

I have no idea what happened the first tour. But I´m guessing signing events? Can´t really find anything about it for the moment.

Just copped a ticket to the London show. A performance by Caroline Polachek as well! I can’t wait.

Damn I'm jelly, enjoy!
Nice, mate! Looks like no tour for me... 😔 Was going to Paris, but apparently the actual show on the 28th is not open to public, from what I hear. Only news I saw from KJP is a DS2 art exhibition on the 27th and 29th.

Or any keychains with Shinkawa art, you will be handsomely rewarded!* (*at RRP + shipping)
I really enjoyed the event! The event was standing which I didn't expect but it kind of made sense with the musical performances...though it was hot as hell in there. They played the final trailer (I looked at my phone for the duration of that so as not to ruin the media blackout I'd been doing lol). Norman Reedus and Léa Seydoux were both there as surprise guests and answered questions about working with Kojima and returning to their roles in DS2. Reedus spoiled something that happens in the plot (but he was funny so I'll let it slide). He also came across as really fancying Seydoux which was a bit unexpected for some reason. He was cute with it tho. Described himself as a subtle actor which I'm not sure I'd agree with but hey you do you Norman! Caroline Polachek performed the first live performance of On The Beach and CHVRCHES played Death Stranding for their first live performance in 2 years-both of which were great! Kojima seemed super chuffed about everything that was happening during the show and also said "I'm happy with the scores, thank you" which I took as a slight bit of damage control after saying he thought the game scoring high was an issue.

I then went to look for the impossible to find merch store (as it was actually outside the building two floors up despite them pointing at the back wall) but thankfully my wild goose chase led to a fateful encounter as a certain someone was walking through the hallway I ended up in:

(Léa and Norman also walked past which was cool but Kojima was my target)

I did eventually find the merch but unfortunately it seems they don't yet sell "Why Me ?" hats. I bought an overpriced roll of Death Stranding packing tape. Cookie Monster

The On The Beach performance filmed from far away with an iPhone:
HOLY SHIT! Awesome mate, I´m probably never ever going to get this close to Kojima. Lol, I know what tape you´re talking about, haha. Nice novelty.
Holy shit mate you did the unthinkable, congrats!
